Turkey club sandwich.
Quarter of a chocolate champagne bottle.

Late lunch

1 small slice of pizza

30 minutes of interval training. speeds ranging bewtween 4 and 6 on the low end and 7 and 8 on the high end. Burned about 330 calories in about 2.75 miles.

Early lunch

2 small pieces of chicken cheese pizza.

Breakfast 12/19

One egg one piece turkey sausage. Chai

Breakfast

Reduced Sugar and High Fiber Oatmeal.
Anna comes in about 10 minutes and I can't see myself exercising with her here.
I have a meeting at 10 and another at 1
My hope is to exercise some after she leaves while FIonna does homework.
We'll see.
